Judy holds a BA from Hampshire College in Amherst, MA and an MBA from Simmons University in Boston, MA, where she graduated first in her class. She is currently a candidate for a Masters in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law, and expects to complete this degree in late 2023.

Prior to forming Terramont, Chris was a Managing Director in Investment Banking at BofA Merrill Lynch where he had senior-level coverage responsibility for North American-based utilities, renewable power companies and private equity sponsors. Before BofA Merrill Lynch, Chris was a corporate lawyer at Sidley Austin where his practice focused on M&A, project finance and capital markets. During his career, Chris led and advised on numerous multi-billion dollar strategic transactions for public and private infrastructure businesses, namely in the power, utilities and clean technology sectors.
Chris received a BA from Rutgers University-New Brunswick, a JD from University of Michigan-Ann Arbor and an MBA from University of Pennsylvania-Wharton.
