Yi is a Principal of Terramont Infrastructure Partners. Previously, she was an operator of infrastructure businesses, with responsibility for market entry and business development within electric mobility at ChargePoint, and new virtual power plant business line launch within distributed generation at SunPower. As an entrepreneur, she has built a services business to connect blue collar workers with on-demand job opportunities in the U.S., and deployed distributed solar and battery storage solutions in East Africa. Yi started her career with Morgan Stanley in New York, where she worked across project finance and capital markets.

Yi holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT, a BS in Management from MIT Sloan, an MS in Environment and Resources from Stanford University, and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Vikram is a Managing Partner of Terramont Infrastructure Partners. Previously, he was a Principal in Nuveen’s Infrastructure private equity group. Before, Vikram was a Director at Edison Mission Group, where he managed the P&L of a diversified infrastructure business. Vikram started his career in the energy & environment practice of Charles River Associates.

Vikram holds BSc in Earth Science from the University of Rajasthan, and dual MS in Natural Resource Economics from Colorado School of Mines and L'École Nationale Supérieure du Pétrole et des Moteurs, and MS in General Management from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Judy is the CFO at Terramont Infrastructure Partners, and brings over 20 years of experience to this role. She previously served as CFO, Chief Compliance Officer, and Administrative Partner at the venture debt firm WTI, as CFO at Generate Capital, and as CFO and Managing director at the private equity firm American Infrastructure Funds and its predecessor firm, McCown De Leeuw.

Judy holds a BA from Hampshire College in Amherst, MA and an MBA from Simmons University in Boston, MA, where she graduated first in her class. She is currently a candidate for a Masters in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law, and expects to complete this degree in late 2023.

Chris is a co-founder and Partner of Terramont. In this role, Chris shares broad responsibilities in all areas of the firm’s investment activities.

Prior to forming Terramont, Chris was a Managing Director in Investment Banking at BofA Merrill Lynch where he had senior-level coverage responsibility for North American-based utilities, renewable power companies and private equity sponsors. Before BofA Merrill Lynch, Chris was a corporate lawyer at Sidley Austin where his practice focused on M&A, project finance and capital markets. During his career, Chris led and advised on numerous multi-billion dollar strategic transactions for public and private infrastructure businesses, namely in the power, utilities and clean technology sectors.

Chris received a BA from Rutgers University-New Brunswick, a JD from University of Michigan-Ann Arbor and an MBA from University of Pennsylvania-Wharton.
